I provide business support, particularly financial and administrative, to enable the successful delivery of the charity’s objectives. To support the smooth running of the organisation and to ensure compliance with the charity’s financial rules and procedures, I work on establishing, maintaining and continuously improving administrative and financial systems and processes, as well as control mechanisms.
Another area of my work is leading in the management of the charity’s human resource management systems, including establishing and managing effective recruitment, induction, probation and offboarding processes.
