I am responsible for the management and improvement of Rise’s human resource management systems and ensuring that wellbeing, equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding are embedded across the organisation.
I also support the business with governance and compliance with policy, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
I work closely with colleagues, specifically the Sport Welfare Managers, to champion inclusive practices.
Outside of work I am a proud mam and enjoy spending our time walking with our two energetic Labradors.
